We believe in resourcefulness; in making the most of what we have, to not be wasteful, to being able to hunt and feed ourselves. We believe in preserving natural and traditional ways of doing things. We believe in getting mud in our fingernails, of wrapping up warm and heading into the forest, we believe in going wild in every way, we believe in finding our food with a bit of earth still on it, we believe in the root as much as the bloom.

We like lifting up, dusting off, and peeking at what hides beneath.

We believe in collecting, preserving, and rummaging through hedgerows like a child in a sweet shop, but respectfully and gratefully making something simply found into something spectacular. We never take it all, just a little taster, and we leave the rest to nature.
