On Friday and Saturday nights, we offer wild specials in addition to the regular menu.  All our dishes give you a taste of the wild, but these specials are designed especially to showcase the best of our week’s foraging.  If we stumble upon a rare and exciting wild mushroom, for example, we might not find enough to add it to the full menu, but we’ll often make it into a limited edition special.  When they’re gone, they’re gone!

Scarletina bolete mushroom tasting plate

British river sushi, with wild horseradish and mustard wasabi
