Richard Osmond

Richard joined the team with experience of foraging for mushrooms.  Since then he has been learning as much as he can about wild plants, and has been sharing what he learns on our blog.  Richard has also been designing a range of wild cordials and liqueurs for The Verulam Arms, many of which can be tasted in our cocktail menu, or ordered here.

By night, Richard is a poet, and co-edits 13 Pages magazine.  He also works, seasonally, as a freelance pumpkin carver.  His portfolio can be found here.
