Wild Booze Foraging

From sloe gin and elderflower champagne to crab apple vodka and wild horseradish schnapps, we love to make booze from the British wild.

Join us on a whistlestop tour of the Hertfordshire hedgerows where we’ll find bottles of our favourite wild concoctions hidden among the wild plants. There’ll be sloe gin martinis nestled in the branches of a blackthorn tree, shots of mushroom rum half-buried in the dark forest, water mint schnapps chilling in the river and much much more.

The wild booze forage makes for a wild and highly unusual stag or hen night, or a birthday bash with a difference, and is usually followed by an evening banquet at The Verulam Arms.
