Valentine’s Menu

£35 per person. Add a bottle of champagne for £40

To Start

Nettle & feta ravioli, smoked rosehip butter, crispy sage
Pan seared scallops, lobster sauce, sweet Sicily oil
Cured Venison, browned leeks, grated hazelnuts, truffle oil

Main Courses

12oz rib-eye, bone marrow butter, chips, salad
Pan seared hake, clams, root vegetable broth, pickled blackthorn buds
Vegetable motley – potato, carrot, Jerusalem artichokes, purple sprouting broccoli, elderflower cream, walnuts, seeds, lovage

Dessert

Sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel ice cream
Sweet heart tart
Selection of ice cream
